Happy Tuesday...

... everyone, hope you all had a great Halloween and not made yourselves ill with too many Halloween goodies!!

As its Tuesday its time again for the Passion for Promarkers Challenge and this week the challenge is Tweetmas Wishes and this week we are sponsored by All Dressed Up and I have used one of their cute images:

I have used a brick effect embossing folder and added fluffy stuff to give the appearance of snow - then added a die cut window (with more fluffy stuff!) the All dressed up image has been coloured with promarkers/flexmarkers and then a die cut poinsettia added.

Eeek...

... its Tuesday again (gosh these weeks come round quick!!!) - time for another challenge at Passion for Promarkers this week we are sponsored by the fab Di's digi designs and also there is a chance to win set 1 of brushmarkers courtesy of Winsor & Newton!!!


The challenge this week is All things bright & beautiful/autumnal.  Here is my take:

The image is a Whimsy Doodles freebie from ages ago, coloured with flex/pro markers.  I have then used die cuts - clouds, birds (coloured with promarkers), ground which I die cut then ran through a paper crimper I was aiming for a ploughed field effect lol.  Next I used punches for the sun and flowers which have a dinky dot of liquid pearls.

I quite enjoyed making this scene.

Nope..

... its not Tuesday yet!!  Still only Monday - but I'm going to blog a card I made for my neices birthday (its not until January - but I'm struggling to get going with Christmas cards and I really need to!!)

I saw a challenge over at Sweet Stampin and thought I'd give it a go :-)

The image is from Saturated Canary (which has sadly stopped trading) - coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.  The papers are Basic Grey matted onto pink bazzill - I  have then added some die cut arrows and a die cut i-pod.  I thought she was going to be difficult to colour but she was actually a joy!!

Hello, hello...

... eek we are into October already - how quickly is the time going?!?   And its Tuesday which means time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers.  It was my turn to choose the theme this week and I've chosen add texture.  

Here is my take on it:

So - I have matted the dp (which may be dovecraft??) onto black card.  I have then used an embossing folder on the black card and stapled hessian ribbon to the card.  The image is a Greetings Farm coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers and then I have die cut and raised on sticky pads the 16.  (I am going to give this card to my friends son who turns 16 in November!)

I'm really looking forward to seeing your creations and I've nearly missed the important bit you could win £15 to spend in Dies to Die for - wow!!! What a fab prize :-)

Hello, hello...

... how are you all???  Well I'm getting back into the swing of things after our lovely holiday round the med (I dont like to post too much info before we go away as you never know who is reading - lol, paranoid me - never!!)

Anyhoo, its Tuesday and time for the new Passion for Promarkers challenge and this week the challenge is Clean & Simple - now who doesn't love a challenge like this!!!

Here is my take on the challenge with a card I made for an auntys birthday:

I've used a sugar nellie stamp and coloured her with pro & flex markers and then added glitter to her wings.  The image as been cut and matted onto pink card and then added ribbon and sentiment tags from my stash.

It will be great to visit your creations so pop over and enter into the challenge where you could win a great prize from this weeks sponsor - Bugaboo.

Morning...

... this is a scheduled post - as I type this the sun is shining - so I hope its still shining when you read this lol.

The challenge over at Passion for Promarkers this week is Make it Digital, so here is my take on this:

The image is a digi image from Mo's coloured with promarkers & flexmarkers.  I have also printed a digi image of a shed that I got from one of the card making magazine websites where you can download images - that came ready coloured.  I have then die cut some clouds and die cut the wavy green strip at the bottom.

Short & sweet this week.  Why not pop over and see what the other girls have created and it would be great to see your entries :-)

Hello, hello....

well Tuesday has whizzed round again, so its Passion for Promarkers challenge time :-).   This week the challenge is Hip to be Square and now I have the Huey Lewis song in my head lol,  we are sponsored by Letraset!!

So, here is my take on the challenge:

 The image is from Di's digi downloads, coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers, matted onto yellow card - I have then die cut 4 squares from patterned paper that I recently got from The Works and matted onto the reverse of the yellow card, which had a slightly lighter shade, these were then matted with 3d squares onto more yellow card.

Why not pop over to see what my other team mates have created, have a go and see if you can bag a great prize from Letraset.
