Friday Night.

Morning, hope you are all well - oooh do I mention the match???? Nah!!

On Friday I went to Angelas who has the blog Sparkly Cards, for a bit of a crafty night making easel cards. Angela had prepped everything before hand so we just had to do our designs etc. I made it very easy for myself and really just copied Angelas, here are the cards we made:

Thanks for a great night - looking forward to the next one!!

Also, this last week been having a bit of a splurge - ordering nesties, stamps etc. I have loved the look of the nesties labels dies for ages so finally bought labels 1 off ebay - well you have to have a little play don't you - so used one of the labels to cut the paper on this card:

I love this card. You know sometimes you make a card and are really pleased with it - that is how I feel about this one - I just love it. lol

Not sure the name of the backing paper as bought it off a lady in America on Etsy.
The image is a digi coloured with promarkers.
The sentiment is one I just printed off word and had an attempt to edge it using a green whispers stamp pad.

I would like to enter it for the brown, blue & green challenge at Sweet Stampin Challenge.
The Blues & Green Challenge at Our Creative Corner

Card for a Teenager.

Hi all, hope you are all enjoying the fine weather and tennis (not mentioning the football!!). Although, it is good that when the others are watching matches I can faff on - lol. Here is a card I have made for my nephew:

And with a tenuous link to the green & blue challenge at Die Cut Dreams Challenges here - I would like to enter this card - however, not sure if they are looking for more green & blue, so I will understand if my card isn't entered into the challenge. I would also like to enter it for this challenge at CraftyCard Makers.

The paper I think is from a masculine range.
Image coloured with promarkers ( and I have a new white gel pen - what a difference a bit of highlighting makes.
The image was from Angela at Sparkly Cards (Thank you!!)
I have also crimped some craft paper
Button is from stash & sentiment printed off internet.

Thanks for looking x

Just a quick second post.

Got quite a few cards stacked up awaiting birthdays - think I am about a year in advance (lol)!!

Recently bought a square punch to have a go at similar sorts of cards a la fiddlefart, then this challenge came up and thought could give it a go with the freebie Spiderhenry image from the talented Katharina.

The red backing card is from the papermill shop
Blue Squares are punched from Smirk for men papers.
Sentiment from Craftwork Cards
Image coloured with promarkers.

I would like to enter this card into the Passion for promarkers challenge 56.

Fathers Day Card.

Well, I had one more fathers day card to make - this is for my youngest to give to his dad. There was an offer on over at Nutcrafters that when you placed an order you got a free digi stamp - so whats a girl to do??? Well, I think you know - so a little bit of retail therapy later I got my stamp - and made my card.

Just incase you are wondering - 'Dad Bloke' - is Ians avatar on the wii and it is a bit of a family name.

I used the sizzix to die cut the letters, backing paper from Smirk range.

I would like to enter it in the following challenges:

Totally Gorgeous
Magical Crafts
Cupcake Craft
Cards for men.
Nutcrafters
