Oooh get me...

... posting again!!!  I dont think I've posted this often for ages!!!  Another Easter card off my list - this time for Ians mum & dad:

I've used those freebie magazine papers...again!! Lol.  The image was a recent freebie on Facebook, but I'm afraid I cant remember the artist - sorry, but if anyone knows please let me know and I'll add the details here.  The cutie has been coloured with promarkers and I've just created the sentiment on word.  I've raised the papers and image up from the card by using 3d foam tape and quite like the effect it has given :-)

Afternoon...

... pah! its started to rain here, when I needed to hang out 2 pairs of curtain :-(, hopefully it might brighten back up and can get them hung out.

Whilst I'm waiting, I thought I'd just blog this Easter card that I have made for my mum :

The image is a gorgeous freebie from Whimsie Doodles - perfect for Easter.  She has been coloured with promarkers and some pink stickles added to her dress and fine glitter added to the sign that she is holding.

The papers where freebies with a magazine matted onto pink card stock and die cut flowers with pearls added. I just made the sentiment in word and again die cut the banners.

A sunny Sunday...

... and I've just finished this beach/summer themed card, so I'll crack on and blog it.  The image is from Saturated Canary, who are holding a colouring competition using this and another image, now I'm not holding out much hope as I've not had any colouring lessons, but I loved colouring this and am really pleased with it that I dont think I'll be able to part with it lol:

This babe has been coloured with pro-markers and flexmarkers.  I'm not sure what make the dp is and have matted it onto bazzill card stock.  I have added a die cut sun and a starfish from my stash.

I would like to enter this into the colouring challenge at Saturated Canary (if you like it pop over and give me a like :-) as it goes on the image with the most likes.)

I will also enter it into: I love promarkers - inspired by a song (Beach Baby)

Rock on...

... I'm not 100% about this card - I had the idea in my head for my sons 15th birthday - I know I dont look old enough lol :-), as he plays on his guitar everynight for hours on end, and this is how its come out - lol - it doesnt help that its a nightmare to photograph, but to say it does look better in real life:

I have used Mo's Air Guitar image coloured with pro-markers.  I made my own stepper card following the instructions from Charmed Cards and crafts.  Then I have die cut lots of stars and attempted to make what I hope look like speakers.

I would like to enter this into:
Mo's digital challenge - anything goes
I love promarkers - your favourite song - (I wanna be a rockstar - Nickleback)
Papertake weekly - Happy... Anything

Now I've got that song in my head!!!  I think I'll have to go onto youtube to watch the video :-).

Morning...

... ooh its lovely and sunny here, but I'm waiting for my mum to come through to go mooching for new furniture for her.  Furniture shops arent my idea of fun lol.

So before she comes I'm quickly going to get this card posted:

This was a card I made for the girl over the road, who celebrated a big birthday, but I didnt like to make an issue of her age - lol - however I may have mentioned it inside!!!

I have coloured a ladybug crafts image with promarkers and added a little gem to  her top.  The image and sentiment has been layered onto green and blue card and the dp's are cut and punched from a 12x12 sheet that I wanted to use up. Then added a swirly corner die from memory box and again added a little gem.

I would like to enter this into:

Sweet Stampin  - all or nothing  (all - lots of layers)
Creative Card Crew - green
Papertake weekly - anything goes

Right gotta dash!
