First Easter card made...

... one down still a few to go. Just a quick post as the kids time on the x-box is nearly up, just wanted to blog the first easter card, I've made this for my mum:

The paper was one sent from Sarah when I first started making cards, the image is a Meljens freebie coloured with promarkers and I've been very technical and changed the colour of the sentiment which was also a freebie from Nettys - not sure how I did this or if I could do it again though - lol.

I would like to enter this into:

The Wife's MSE challenge
Meljens - Easter.
Digis with attitude - easter
Phindys place - easter time

Thank you for looking xxx

  1. Lovely card - nice to see a traditional Easter card. Most of the images I've seen around are easter eggs or bunnies lol!! The paper is beautiful, I love Daffodils.

  5. Gorgeous card. Love the image. You asked about the birdhouses on my blog - The Craft Barn supplies them (I thought I'd included a link, so have updated my blog - sorry). Claire x

  8. What beautiful card. So nice and the simplicity of the beautiful backround paper is just right so as not to distract from the important message of your image. Thank You for sharing this with us and joining in on our challenge here at MelJens this week.
