...I've been trying to get this post done all day - but you know what its like when things keep popping up - anyhoo with one son at scouts, one watching cars 2 and waiting for hubby to come in off his new shifts (boo - family friendly my a***e!!)
I've had a couple of short notice birthday cards to make for some parties that my youngest has been invited to:The papers for this were stamping up with a sentiment and card blank from craftwork cards. The image is a cute freebie from Spyder (thanks Lynn) and he has been coloured with promarkers.
The papers for this card were printed off the digi (will have a look for the link), with a freebie from bugaboo, again coloured with promarkers with the craft paper and hessian from my stash.
I would like to enter this into:
Papertake weekly - anything goes
CES challenges - anything goes
Pile it on - manly cards
Catch the bug - anything goes
One of my best friends has finished her advanced diploma for nursing and has been able to get a job straight away - I am so chuffed for her - she has worked so hard - so this is a card I made for her:
The gingham paper was from a freebie paper stack with a magazine the image is a Heather Ellis that I bought off Etsy coloured with pro-markers and matted onto red card cut (and embossed - yay!!) with some new nesties I got off Santa and the little good luck sentiment was a freebie from Netty (thank you!!).
I would like to enter this into:
Simon says stamp - new something
Crafty Catz - a new beginning
Fab n Funky - something new (nesties)
Crafty Calender - new news
Right off to peruse some travel brochures oh and work out how much I'll need to save!!, we've not had a beach holiday since b.c. (you know...before children!!) and I feel I need a nice sunny break hmm Menorca looks nice - if anybody reading this has any recommendations that would be lovely.
Thanks for looking
