In a flap!

Today I was supposed to be having a day out with my eldest - except I got the time wrong for the cinema (apologies to the girl I had a little strop with - they should put 2200 on the website NOT 1000) so it totally mucked our day up!!! We have however, had a bit of a sporty day going to the golf driving range this morning and then a game of badminton this afternoon. While we were killing time to go to badminton I made this card:

I have backed a card with blue bazzill, and then some lovely paper that I received from Marg in a recent stash swap - as soon as I saw it I new I had a stamp that would go with it!
I have then used my nesties (labels 1 - I think?) and stamped the image on coloured with promarkers.

On recent blog hops I have seen people putting their sentiments on like this - I didnt have anything fancy to do it with just my craft knife - so dont look too close as they might not be the same size - lol. The little flowers I received for my birthday. I would like to enter this into the Anything Goes Challenge over at Crafty Emmas and Papertake weekly challenge -Just the one.

Thanks for looking xx

  2. That's such a cute image, lovely card. I would have had a bit of a strop too - being a bit pedantic I would have argued that 10.00 is morning, if it's evening they should say 10.00p.m. or 22.00.

  6. Oh Ali, I'm relieved to hear it's not just me who strops in public! I'm still cringing about the you-know-whats. It makes me feel nauseaus with embarassment even two days on!
Love the card and how you have attached the sentiment. The image is gorgeous too.
