Morning all...

.... hope you had a lovely long weekend and didnt get toooo full of chocolate :-) but as it was Easter its sort of allowed!!

Tuesday is here again and time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers.  However, this will be my last DT card for Passion for Promarkers - I've enjoyed making cards for the challenges, but my crafty mojo has really disappeared - I've not been doing anything crafty other than these cards :-( It seems my love of crafting and blogging has disappeared - so hopefully a break will help.  I will take this opportunity to thank Denise and all the girls though for their friendship and opportunity to be part of a great team :-)

Hellooo...

... ooh into April now - the boys break up towards the end of the week - I think we are all ready for it - it seems ages since the last school holidays!!  As its Tuesday you'll know its time for the new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and our challenge this week is Something Metal and we are sponsored by CraftySentiments so for this I have added a charm - here is my make:

I've gone totally out of my comfort zone by having a go at monochrome colouring something I've only tried once or twice before - but I'm quite pleased with the outcome - the image was a freebie from here. 

He has been coloured with promarkers & flexmarkers.  The paper was from a papermania pad I think which has been matted onto black card - I printed off the sentiment and then added twine, black dots and metal charm from my stash.

Cant wait to see your creations!!

Girl power!!

The image is a Kenny K image coloured with pro & flex markers matted onto black card.  I'm not sure of the DP as it was cut from an un-named 12x12  I have then added some black gems and black twin from my stash.

Morning..

.. hope you are all well.  Its Challenge time over at Passion for Promarkers - wow! these weeks come around pretty quick!!  The Challenge this week is - Its A Boy - so for my take on this I've created  new baby card - we have a family member who is expecting a baby so hopefully it will come in handy or it will be a panic to create a pink version lol.

I have used a cute Digi-Stamp boutique image - coloured with pro and flex markers and glossy accents added to the bubbles - the dp's are I think papermania and added a punched border - then added cotton & button from my stash and finally added a the die cut baby sentiment.

Morning...

...hope you are all well!!  Its back into the routine here after half term - just when you think the stress of soft play is over now the boys are teenagers - along comes the trampoline park... sigh.  The boys loved it though and to be honest there was a lot of staff around to make sure there was no messing around that could cause accidents - I hate trampolines lol.

Anyhoo, its Tuesday so its new challenge time at Passion for Promarkers :-) and the challenge this week is Something New  and we are sponsored by the fab Digi stamp boutique:

 
Here is my take on the challenge:

I have used one of Digi stamp Boutiques sweet images which you can find here, which is ideal for a New Home.  I have coloured the image with pro & flex markers and then sponged some distress ink around it - I have used a new die and then added a sentiment which comes with the image.  The button and papers have come from my stash.  (The papers where freebies from a paper pad from a magazine ages ago.

Love is in the air..

... at this weeks Passion for Promarkers challenge - for this challenge the theme is I heart you so we'd love to see hearts on your creation.  Here is my take:

The image is LOTV from a little pad that came free with a magazine ages ago  and I've coloured it with of course pro & flex markers, and added some liquid pearls to her hat.  The dp are from a pad from Recollections which has been matted onto red bazzill and then added a die cut banner.

Here is my take on the challenge:

The image is a Wee Stamps image that was a freebie a while ago - she has been coloured with pro & flex markers and some liquid pearls added as well.  The DP is from a pad from the works and I have then added organza ribbon and another type of ribbon and then die cut some flowers and leaves  and added pearls.

The image was lovely to colour :-)

Happy Sunday...

... everyone, hope you are all keeping warm.  We've been quite lucky here with hardly any snow!!  My youngest was a bit disappointed, but I didnt mind at all - lol.

I've just been looking through some pics and spotted I havent blogged some of them, so I'll blog one now and take advantage of a challenge :-)

Happy New Year!!!

Eeek here we are a week into the New Year and its my first time blogging - one of my resolutions was to blog more - hmmmm thats not going well - ah well, not to worry.  I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year - cant believe I didnt get any crafty stuff, so I may have bought a couple of things in the sales... cough!! lol

I recently made a card for my hubbys aunt, using one of the new LOTV images I loved this image the first time I saw it and waited for it to come out on digi format and had to order it:

The image has been coloured with promarkers and madded onto pink card.  The dp is just a random sheet from my stash and I have added some gems and a die cut - I've had the die years and I think this is the first time I've used it!!

Its NEARLY Christmas....

...oh my goodness, my Christmas love is a bit slow arriving this year eek, struggling making the in-laws card too but hopefully now the songs are starting to appear on the radion the Christmas feeling will follow :-).

Eeek,

another week closer to Christmas - and time for another challenge at Passion for Promarkers and the challenge this week is Eat, Drink & Be Merry - always possible at Christmas :-) . 

Here is my take:

Oh man - you wouldnt believe the number of attempts to colour this - I had horrendous trouble with bleeding of the darker colours :-( .  The image is Saturated Canary coloured with flex and pro-markers.  Now the sentiment may acutally be Whimsy Doodles that came with a free image maybe last Christmas.  I'm not sure of the make of papers and then I have added a die cut Poinsettia.

Cant wait to see your creations - there is a fab prize this week from Clearly Besotted :-) .

Toot, toot...

Right, as its the Tuesday to post my card for the challenge (these come round really quickly!)  I'll do this now.  The challenge this fortnight is Christmas is Coming!!

So my take on this was to get organised and get the cards posted:

The image has been coloured with promarkers/flexmarkers and I've added some fluffly stuff (I love watching this stuff transform when you heat it!!) and Ive  also added some stickles.  Now I'm having a nightmare remembering the papers I think they could be papermania and the image was a freebie from Wee Stamps quite a while ago - and then I have added some die cut snowflakes.

Eeek...

The challenge this week is All things bright & beautiful/autumnal.  Here is my take:

The image is a Whimsy Doodles freebie from ages ago, coloured with flex/pro markers.  I have then used die cuts - clouds, birds (coloured with promarkers), ground which I die cut then ran through a paper crimper I was aiming for a ploughed field effect lol.  Next I used punches for the sun and flowers which have a dinky dot of liquid pearls.

I quite enjoyed making this scene.

Nope..

... its not Tuesday yet!!  Still only Monday - but I'm going to blog a card I made for my neices birthday (its not until January - but I'm struggling to get going with Christmas cards and I really need to!!)

I saw a challenge over at Sweet Stampin and thought I'd give it a go :-)

The image is from Saturated Canary (which has sadly stopped trading) - coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers.  The papers are Basic Grey matted onto pink bazzill - I  have then added some die cut arrows and a die cut i-pod.  I thought she was going to be difficult to colour but she was actually a joy!!

Hello, hello...

... eek we are into October already - how quickly is the time going?!?   And its Tuesday which means time for a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers.  It was my turn to choose the theme this week and I've chosen add texture.  

Here is my take on it:

So - I have matted the dp (which may be dovecraft??) onto black card.  I have then used an embossing folder on the black card and stapled hessian ribbon to the card.  The image is a Greetings Farm coloured with promarkers and flexmarkers and then I have die cut and raised on sticky pads the 16.  (I am going to give this card to my friends son who turns 16 in November!)

I'm really looking forward to seeing your creations and I've nearly missed the important bit you could win £15 to spend in Dies to Die for - wow!!! What a fab prize :-)

Hello, hello...

... how are you all???  Well I'm getting back into the swing of things after our lovely holiday round the med (I dont like to post too much info before we go away as you never know who is reading - lol, paranoid me - never!!)
