Cards for boys.

The boys have been invited to a couple of parties over the next couple of weekends - so thought would be good and get them made now - I had an idea for the one that is for a six year old and wanted to use the new die cut from Lili of the Valley:

The paper is taken from a 12 x12 sheet from Basic Grey that I got in a bargain pack from Craft Superstore and the sentiment is from the goody bag from Craftwork Cards. I am wondering whether to put paper on the inside or just to leave it white?? What do you think?? I would like to enter this card into the Cards for Men challenge no. 6

The next is for a 10 year old and was unsure if my son would like this and ask for a shop bought one - however, he quite likes it so .... result!

Thank you to Rainmac for the paper and I'm not sure if the image that I have coloured with pro-markers came from Rainmac as well or Craftygranny - but a big thank you anyway!!

  1. Great cards Ali, I think I would be tempted to put paper on the inside too, it will make the image stand out more. I hope you dont mind me saying :) x

  4. They are both great cards,I would echo Flourgirl and put some paper on the first card. Thats me , if its empty fill it. I would be tempted to bring out the gold colour behind your sentiment. (Shut up Bossy-boots) either way both recipients will be delighted. x
